Dr. Lee Baker began caring for children in Augusta and its surrounding areas in 2003 when he opened Center For Pediatric Dentistry.
As a specialist in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Baker has completed an advanced program of education. After receiving his doctorate of dental surgery in 1993 at the University of Tennessee- Memphis, Dr. Baker completed his two-year pediatric dentistry residency program at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Following his education, Dr. Baker started his career as a pediatric dentist in Anchorage, Alaska. The beauty and grandeur of this untouched wilderness left a lasting impression on Dr. Baker and his family. As a result, he brought a sample of the Alaskan wilderness back to Augusta, as seen in our office design and décor.
Dr. Baker’s family include his wife, Susie and four children, Lee, Jr, Mary Ellis, Alden and Ben. When he is not at the office, he enjoys traveling with his family. They enjoy attending Ole Miss Football games, fishing and hunting, and all things Disney.
I relocated to Evans, Georgia from Washington State and joined Center For Pediatric Dentistry in November of 2019. I enjoy the Alaskan themed décor of the building as I spent some time as a young child living in Alaska.
I completed my pre-doctoral studies at Walla Walla University and continued on to the University of Washington for dental school. I also completed a two year Pediatric Dental Residency with Lutheran Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island. I am excited for the opportunity to provide specialized dental care for the children of this community.
When not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my wife Emily, and five sons: Hamilton, Maxwell, twins Montgomery & Winston and Quincy. We enjoy being outside, cooking and eating as a family and are avid sports fans.
